What materials are used in your earrings?
Our earrings are handcrafted from high-quality polymer clay and adorned with premium hypoallergenic metals, ensuring a lightweight and comfortable experience for sensitive ears.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes, we use hypoallergenic metals to ensure our earrings are safe and comfortable for those with sensitive ears. Posts will be made of 18K Gold Filled Posts, Stainless Steel or Surgical Steel Posts, or 18KGP on Stainless Steel or Surgical Steel.
All earrings are nickel & lead free.
Do you offer custom designs or personalized orders?
While we primarily focus on limited collections and unique styles, we're more than happy to collaborate on custom earring designs! Simply submit a deposit on our Custom Earrings listing, and we’ll be in touch to bring your vision to life.

How can I place an order?
You can browse and purchase our earrings directly through our website. Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
You may also shop with us at any of our in person events. Check our calendar here to see the updated schedule or sign up for our newsletter to get shop opps right in your inbox.
Do you restock products?
We strive to restock our popular items, but due to the handmade nature of our goods, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If there’s something you’re interested in, we recommend purchasing it while it’s in stock.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments through PayPal.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
We strive to ship all orders within 5 - 10 business days. We are a one person shop at this time, please allow adequate time for order processing.
Keep in mind, that this does NOT include shipping time, which is an additional 4-10 days dependent on your location.
We are unable to provide a guarantee for delivery dates, so please plan accordingly before purchasing gifts, and allow for the 5 - 10 business day processing time.
All items are custom and made to order, but most will ship within a week.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. We are exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As a one-person shop, we strive to ship all orders within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping, which typically takes an additional 4 to 10 days, depending on your location. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, so please plan accordingly, especially when purchasing gifts.
Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons, both processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss returns or exchanges. Items must be in their original condition.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
If you need to change or cancel your order before it ships, please reach out to us at hello@thedappledwood.com as soon as possible.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we can’t guarantee cancellation. However, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange for any eligible items once your order arrives.
Please note that shipping fees aren’t refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
Can I edit my address before my order ships?
If you need to cancel or update the shipping address on your order, please email us at hello@thedappledwood.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
Please contact your local postal service for further assistance with your package, as they may have additional information. In many cases, packages are delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and may arrive within a few days.
What if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for lost packages.
If your package appears to be lost, please email us about filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. Note that first-class shipments are uninsured; to insure your package, please select Priority or UPS Express at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What are the Christmas shipping deadlines?

Will my order be processed and shipped if I place it between December 22nd and January 5th?
Our shop will be closed from December 22nd through January 5th. Any orders placed during these two holiday weeks will be processed and shipped on Monday, January 6th, unless otherwise noted. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time!
